At MALM Counselling we provide in-person, online secure video counselling, or telephone sessions for individuals, couples and families.

The Counselling Relationship

Choosing a new counsellor can be a daunting pursuit. That is why we offer a free 15-30 minute initial consultation in order to provide any general information or clarity around the counselling process and make sure there is a good fit between the therapist and client.

Additionally, we offer a sliding scale negotiable fee for clients of struggling with finances or living on income assistance such as Persons With Disability (PWD).

*Invoices will be emailed to you directly after each session. Review whether your medical plan offers coverage for counselling from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).
