At MALM Counselling we provide in-person, online secure video counselling, or telephone sessions for individuals, couples and families.
The Counselling Relationship
Choosing a new counsellor can be a daunting pursuit. That is why we offer a free 15-30 minute initial consultation in order to provide any general information or clarity around the counselling process and make sure there is a good fit between the therapist and client.
Additionally, we offer a sliding scale negotiable fee for clients of struggling with finances or living on income assistance such as Persons With Disability (PWD).
All online sessions are secured and confidential using
Jane App software.

Review whether your medical plan offers coverage for counselling from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
